The process of relocating vinyl window production from Villeneuve (CH) to Pravenec (SK) is successfully completed.

AFG publishes the final result of the public purchase and exchange offer for the takeover of the Looser Group, and discloses that it now holds a 97.53 % shareholding in Looser.

The takeover of the Looser Group is completed. At the same time, AFG is renamed Arbonia.

The process of relocating special radiator production from Arbon (CH) to Stříbro (CZ) begins as planned and is scheduled for completion at the end of January 2017.
