In all countries in which it operates, it adheres to the Universal Declaration on Human Rights of the United Nations, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and other international standards for protecting human rights. In addition, Arbonia has joined the UN Global Compact and has committed to support the implementation of the ten principles in the sub-areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
